EVENT RULES & REGULATIONS The Raffle Ticket holder does not need to be present to win. Winners shall be notified within 48 hours of the ALS Catfish Classic Golf Tournament to take place on November 11, 2016, at 4 p.m. The funds raised will be used to help patients and their families cope with ALS through patient programs, financial grants for respite care, transportation, and augmentative communication, as well as access to a durable medical equipment loan closet, research and patient support groups.
